3 injured in apartment fire in Woodside, Queens

Three individuals sustained injuries in a fire that broke out in a Queens apartment building, - ABC 7 News reports.

 

Video footage from the Citizen app depicts an ominous orange glow hovering over the structure along 63rd Street, with flames erupting from the rooftop. 

 

Authorities report that the fire ignited in the attic shortly after 3:15 a.m. on Monday. According to officials, at least two of the injured individuals suffered minor wounds.

 

An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the blaze.
