Authorities have made an arrest in a crash that resulted in the death of a 72-year-old woman in Queens in late 2023, - CBS News writes.

According to law enforcement officials, Paul Lee, aged 20, collided with the SUV being driven by Toliza Hong, causing her vehicle to overturn.

The incident occurred on Christmas Eve at the intersection of Peck Avenue and Utopia Parkway. Lee has been charged with criminally negligent homicide, reckless driving, and exceeding the speed limit.
