66-year-old man killed in Harlem hit-and-run; police search underway for driver

A 66-year-old pedestrian was fatally hit by a vehicle that fled the scene in Harlem on Sunday night, ABC News 7 reports.
The victim was walking south on Fifth Avenue when a Toyota RAV4 struck him shortly after 9:00 p.m. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
This incident is the second fatal hit-and-run in Manhattan in just two days.
On Saturday night, a bicyclist was killed when a Toyota minivan sped away from a police stop and struck the victim at W. 155th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue.
