83-year-old woman struck and killed by truck in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

An 83-year-old woman was tragically killed after being struck by a truck in Cobble Hill on Wednesday afternoon, ABC 7 News informs.

The incident occurred when the woman was crossing the street and was hit by a truck making a right turn onto Bond Street.

She was rushed to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
