A fire erupted at the Oishii sushi restaurant in Tottenville, Staten Island, just before 7 p.m. on Saturday, ABC News informs.

When firefighters arrived, they encountered heavy smoke billowing from the building. It took about 30 minutes to bring the situation under control.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
