Auto Show returns to the Javits Center, - Spectrum News NY1 informs.
Big. Small. Luxurious. Fast. The New York International Auto Show, a tradition dating back to 1900, gathers every imaginable type of car under one expansive roof. Returning to the Javits Center in Manhattan on Friday, March 29th, this show holds the distinction of being the first auto exhibition in North America, debuting at the original Madison Square Garden in November 1900.
Attendees can expect a plethora of world and North American premieres, such as the Infiniti QX80 SUV, which created waves during its global debut at The Edge observation deck in Hudson Yards.
For those seeking adventure, there are opportunities to experience the rugged capabilities of Jeep and Ford vehicles firsthand through outdoor adventure courses featuring their respective models. Additionally, inside the venue, visitors can test drive electric vehicles, a category that sees increased representation this year, including the electric reincarnation of the iconic Volkswagen bus, dubbed the ID Buzz.
As the auto industry rebounds from COVID-related losses, the show provides a comprehensive opportunity for prospective buyers to explore a wide array of potential purchases in one convenient location. Running until April 7th, attendees can witness the innovative designs and engineering feats showcased by industry leaders at the Javits Center.
