Eight people, including a child, were injured in a fire involving several e-bikes in the Bronx. The blaze erupted inside a first-floor apartment of a five-story building on E. 199th Street in Bedford Park, ABC News7 informs.

At least three e-bikes were burned, and the FDNY is working to determine whether one of the bikes triggered the fire or if the flames spread to them.

The incident is currently under investigation by the Fire Marshal.
