Motorcycle collides with pedestrian in Stamford, 2 persons seriously injured

Two people were seriously injured in a collision between a motorcycle and a pedestrian at the intersection of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard in Stamford on Wednesday, Channel 12 informs.

 

The accident happened around 7:41 p.m., according to police. Authorities report that a Stamford resident was riding a 2023 Kawasaki motorcycle westbound on Tresser Boulevard when he struck a pedestrian crossing the intersection’s west side.

 

The impact threw the motorcyclist from his bike, leaving him with serious injuries. He was transported to Stamford Hospital in serious condition. The pedestrian, who had been walking southbound across the intersection, was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
