A pedestrian sustained a head injury after being hit by a bicyclist near Carnegie Hall, ABC News t informs.

According to police, the 33-year-old bicyclist was heading south on 7th Avenue when he collided with the 66-year-old victim on Friday evening.

The bicyclist stayed at the scene.
